New year.

 I’ve decided to start blogging. Not because I want to over share but because I want to share our experiences in life. Life is about learning. Learning from our failures which tend to be some of the bigger lessons learned.  And learning from our successes. I read several blogs throughout the week and learn something new. And a lot of times it’s from trial and error of those that are blogging. I chose  to start this blog to share our every day life. Raising a family, having kids involved in multiple activities, trying to maintain a happy and fulfilling marriage are just a few of the things that make my life crazy. I choose the title muck boots and cow poop  because it’s kind of a funny part  of my every day life. We have animals that we raise for our two children to show for 4-H and soon FFA. These animals become a part of our family. They become a part of our every day life. And never in a million years did I think that muck boots and cow poop would be a part of my every day life. But they are. And this blog will be a part of my life and hopefully help someone else in the process
